how can i fix my samsung lcd tv?

there is a slight crackle down the right hand side of my tv it looks like interference but its not does anyone know what this could be?

The picture may have drifted to the left exposing the stuff we don't normally see. Somewhere inside the set will be an adjustment to centralise the screen dispaly - at least, that's how it used to be on crt screens.
