I have a Panasonic digital video camera model SDR-H18. Have had it for a year and it has worked flawlessly. Over thanksgiving, I connected the AC cord to it while the battery was on the charging station. Now all images are reversed. Both live action viewfinder (on lcd) and previously recorded video are reversed. I have tried using just the battery and connecting AC cord (without attached battery) to no avail. I have many months of video that I had yet to download to my computer. Would love a fix that preserves that video. Any help would be appreciated.

hmm youshould never have battery in charger when using a/c adaptor to power camera. what means reversed? l/r b/w up or down? if all tape affected
suggest problem with microprocessor circuit

I fixed it myself. How did I do it? Accidentally dropped it out of my backpack from a height of 3 feet. Now it works..... Go figure.
