Where can I buy Milton, or sodium hypochlorite? ?

I asked what is Milton and was told that it is, "Milton is a stable solution of sodium hypochlorite which completely destroys all viable micro-organisms including spores. It is non-toxic and non-tainting and when in contact with protein, breaks down to form:

Water + sodium chloride (salt)".

Milton was the name of a product used to sterilize babies bottles years ago,if it is a sterilizing agent you want go to a home brew shop and buy a combined sterilizer and cleaner,it,s quite common.
