\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\the Digistat RF1 has gone blank, the radiators are cold, the boiler seems |OK (hot water running). Someone has checked the batteries are said they are OK.
Do we need a new system, if so where do we get it, it is discontinued so what now? We live in Newcastle Upon Tyne

Is it just the stat thats died??? If the reciever is still working you'll be able to press the overide function to fire up the boiler for heating while you investigate fault.

Failing that, probably new stat and reciever unless its something stupid on the printed board, i know some recievers burn out on the live and neutral pins resulting in power loss of reciever but never seen failure of stat.

Try using override on reciever for now and either look to replace both or repair stat, could be something really simple, could be something hard to find
