hi, my tomtom one xl doesnt charge because the thing you plug the charger into is loose. who can fix that?

Hi Graham,
Tried plugging it in to P.C.? this worked for me, also there's a reset button underneath you'll need a paper clip, don't worry you won't lose any settings or fav's etc
