How do i fix my phone (Samsung E250)?

i dropped my phone down the toilet

then took out sim card and battery wiped it and left it in the airing cupboard to dry. I turned it on it was fine, music could be heard, all buttons worked ect.

now the buttons will not work

how can i fix this?
