can u dry out electrics on boiler?

hi, i have a butano run vaillant boiler that gets damp in summer etc when not in use, i have dried it out once,last year and it worked ok,now it keeps blowing house fuse instantly when turned on.
any ideas will be great.

sounds like you got a dead short,years back i carried a hair dryer and it work sometimes.
