Combi Quattro - Q5383 9425?

I don't know if anyone can help- but I don't know what to do. Figured it's worth checking out, if you can help or know about these boilers please let me know if possible.
My boiler isnt working and I cant make it work, does anyone know anyone who can help, or can you tell me how to fix it??
I have the above boiler in my house (Combi Quattro - Q5383 9425) Last year it broke and several boiler men told me I needed a new one... but then I found an amazing boilder man and he fixed it no problems - and showed me how to pull a lever at the top if the overheat light came on... this has happened a few times and sure enough after pressing the switch at the top- it then works again.
On Friday I went out, after putting the heating on 'timed', and returned on friday late evening to find a cold house and a boiler which had not been on..
When I switch the heating on it makes a noise, but doesnt seem to light- there is no light I can see (and the buttoms- on and overheat are not lit) I have pushed the botton the gas man told me to press in the past but this does not help.
I have called the guy I normally use- he is busy.
I wondered also, what is the normal call out charge for one of these gas boiler repair people to come out?? I thought the price I normally pay £ 50 was normal but I have just been quoted £198 per hour now, or £98 monday. Mad!??
