The past number of weeks my TV volume is turning itself up,this will happen 5 to 10 times a day and some days it doesnt happen at all. It will increase to max volume and takes a few minutes for me to get it back to normal volume. What causes this?

this fault can be caused by a corrupt eeprom
the only solution would be to replace it by a qualifyed technician
