ÑÑÑÑÑÑÑÑ.ÑÑÑ is a folder that is on my memory stick with some other folders called ¬u¬u¬u¬u.¬U¬ and i cannot delete them or do anything with them please help

Sounds like your stick is corrupt - save off any files that you want from it then re-format it and copy them back.
