Diplomat HJA 8703. Fault lights and not draining?

MY dipomat HJA8703 has stopped half way through a cycle and now the start and time delay lights just flash. I can start it on another cycle, but it just turns over a few times and then the same thing. Please help, what is wrong with it?

Yes, the problem was a blockage believe it or not. This was in the pipe bend that the waste pipe screws into (under my sink).
