problems getting radio to work in corsa?

Can anyone help please ? Just put a radio in my daughters corsa,its from a vauxhall and slipped straight in, but,its not working. its illuminated but making a clicking sound for about 15 seconds,then nothing. also the date,time,and outside temp, is illuminated but no info displayed and heater ect down center console not illuminated any longer. Have i blown fuse? If so,i cant find it in the fuse box.

if i'm correct the radio display need to be set to match the radio, i suggest you try this method of switching the display to match the radio:

With the car ignition on, press and hold buttons 4 and 6 together and switch on the radio whereupon it will show either DISPLAY 8 or DISPLAY 10. Keep the buttons held until the radio beeps and the display will change from 8 to 10 or vice versa.

Release the buttons, switch the radio off and then back on and hopefully the radio will now operate correctly.
