How can I fix a slack cable dual flush toilet?

I have a dual flush toilet and the cable that i assume causes pressure to flush the system has gone slack and no longer works. I can still flush the toilet by pulling up the central column to acivate the flush. As you can imagine my partner does not like having to put her hand toilet system to flush it! Can anyone help?

Is this a siphon action flush ?
As you describe that the flush is working fine....
You will probably only need to readjust the cable length.
