how can if fix my sharp ER-A420?

my till has crashed the only thing that works is the paper feed buttons not even the key works how can i reset it can some one help

Hi.
This almost never happens without a reason, so there may be something else wrong. Here are the instructions for a user reset. If it doesn't work, then it has been turned off in programming and you will need a service (SRV) key to fix it.

Turn key to PGM2 mode.
Turn off power at the wall.
Hold JOURNAL FEED and RECEIPT FEED down together.
Turn on at wall.
The machine should print 'program reset' on the paper. If it doesn't then it has not reset.
Turn key to REG mode and try it.
