My boiler leaks water from what looks like an over flow pipe which is connected to the boiler and runs through a hole in the wall to the outside of the property. I have been topping up the water pressure on a regular basis. Only now I seem to be 'topping up' more often, which is a nuisance. Can anybody tell me what's wrong? Thanks in advance.

you need to replace the release valve on the pipe work going into the boiler

your expansion tank could need recharging or pressure relief valve needs replacing.best get corgi reg engineer to fix the problem.hope this helps
