(sorry about the consecutive posts) I just read the part about you needing pictures, and I may be able to send you some. I'm going to have to take it apart again after I get the replacement parts that I need, so I should be able to send you some step by step pictures and instructions. Just keep checking back in the next few weeks and hopefully I'll be able to send you some. :)

I took mine completely apart and removed my screen because I threw it across my yard and it hit a rock. The screen didn't actually crack, but a circuit on the back of it did, so I have to get a new screen and replace it. That sounds like what you are going to have to do. Its fairly simple to take apart and put back together, if you have a fillips screwdriver small enough. There are a few small pieces that come off, like the camera, but just pay attention to how you take it apart, and you should be able to put it back together. There are a few websites that have replacement parts, but the screen is around $80, and even if you do that, your phone might still not work. You could get the phone for that much.
