loss of pressure?

ihave a netaheat gas boiler--------the pressure release valve returns to zero when i switch off and i have to top up the system! it then goes up to 3 bar pressure but if i leave it running it slowly slips back to zero-whats up? i have checked for leaks but cant find any-help

is it leaking outside from the overflow? it may be your pressure return valve
