bt-5400p treadmill 'ERR' on Display?

I have a bt-5400p treadmill which after 4 seconds of running displays 'ERR'. The manual describes an error with one of the sensors. I have checked the heart and BMI sensors and they have corroded. Where can I purchase spare sensors for the machine?

at least you can find what's wrong with yours. my machine hardly used know jumps at start and then nothing from the motor. any ideas????
