HELP WITH EUROVOX PLZ?

i did a factory setting on my eurovox and now everythings gone,when i try auto scan it say no transpondent,thanks

hi mick thanks again i've done the symbol rate like u said and all the channels are comin back on the screen but no picture and i dont know the codes for it and also would need instructions how to put new codes in plz.thanks

sorry , 6887 symbol rate for ntl , and 6852 for tellywest i think

thats should be (START 100 mzh) (STOP 870mzh), and the symbol rate , 6952 , or 6997 , , but try 6952 , first , and then do the powerscann , but rember that if your codes are not up to date, you wont get any channells

when you get into the(user installation) box" press the yellow button" and a new box opens up , at the top of it it will say ( full power scann) and in that box you should see ,( start ) (stop) sylmbol rate " ect? tell me can you see that box ?

thanks mick im with telewest virgin,i've put in 0000 after user installation and its just a blank page here,only a red quality signal moving and when i try auto scan it says no transponder to scan.i think i've deleted data or something,can u help mick plz,thanks

first of all , who is your cable provider / ntl / tellywest virgin / ect , check this out first, go to menu, then (installation ) then (user installation ) ok that " pin number is 0000 , look for (symbol rate) in that page " if your useing ntl , it should be 6887, if its differen number there , make it 6887 with your remote , for ntl , and rescann , ill check back here tomorrow, mick....
