whole drum has to come out.tub split in half.new bearings and seal fitted and tub gasket.sometimes drum shaft has to be changed.if you have a machine with a welded tub you have to buy a whole inner which is half the cost of a new machine.not a five min job to be honest and less and less people do bearing changes on these when you look at the cost against a new one!.don't let me put you off but be aware its a big job
