without thinking, I attached a 10 volt battery pack to my iriver 780 and fried it. Is there any way to fix it?

The only way I can think of would be to replace the innards which might be a "bit"(sarcasm) of trouble haha. But ya, the voltage of that battery actually if im right destroyed the circuits in your mp3 because of the force behind the electricity hence the 10 voltage label.
