blocked sink?

hi my sink is blocked takes about an hour for the water to go down and when i plunge it the water comes out the over flowing point and starts leaking from the back of the sink somewhere any help

Look under your sink for the answer...

Most sinks have a U bend device that traps water to prevent smells coming into the house from the drains.

Trouble is the U bend traps congealed grease and debris and eventually blocks. Get bucket or bowl under sink and dismantle and clean trap.

Caution - do not throw dirty water into sink before reassembling pipes.
