I had the same problem. I fixed mine by defrosting it for 36 hours, then blowing compressed air upwards from the bottom drain hole (at the back of the fridge, just above the drain tray). That bottom hole actually leads from two drains (one in the freezer and one in the fridge, behind a plastic panel). When the drain blocks, water from the freezer drain hole ends up flowing OUT the drain hole in the fridge, then down the back of the inside of the fridge and onto the floor. Hope this helps.
