Ideal Isar combi boiler - no heating or hot water?

The pressure in my combi boiler dropped to 0 which I have managed to get back up using the filling loop but I can't get the boiler to work. I have tried resetting it and it goes through the motions of starting up but then nothing happens. Any ideas what could be wrong?
