which cable do you ground on td5801 to make dvd work on the move

hi,ive just bought one of these and its come up with no software found for the gps,it worked first time i tryed it but not the second ect,how do i fix this,thank you,

yes there is a little blue plug that came with the unit plug that into the back of the unit on there is a black wire with park on it if you run that wire to a constant ground you can use the dvd on the move

i have a xtrons TD702G and to watch movies whilst driving i had to connect the orange wire from the ISO wire harness from the back of the head unit to a GND (Ground Negative) connection i did it by splicing the orange wire with the GND (Black) wire
