I have A Ariston washer-dryer combo, frontloading. It stopped working and now the door is stuck now. I'm not sure what the problem is, all it does is make a low click when I try to start a cycle (maybe electrical). It might have to do with the handle of the door but I cannot get it open to see if that is even the problem...please help! Thank you! It's an Ariston washer-dryer AWD 120

Actually I found the answer to this on another forum. Unplug the appliance first. If you open the top of the washer there is a white plastic box where the door latch is on the inside of the front panel. Reach down and feel for the little rounded metallic button near the middle. Push the button in and slide it to the side and the door will open. Now I need to find out why I am having problems with the latch.
