my vokera boiler is heating my radiators but not giving me any hot water

If your rads are hot clearly the boiler is working and there is hot water in the system. There must be a valve somewhere that is not opening. If you can track it down you can check for a positive supply to it, failing that you may be able to manually overide it. Good luck
