You don't really give enough to go on. (In order to get help you need to tell people EXACTLY what errors you are getting. However here is some generic advice:
Windows programs consist of two parts: .exe and .dll those messages mean that something is trying to start and cannot because part of the program is missing or can't be read of the hard disk. You need to ID what program(s) is failing to start and fix it.
