citroen berlingo braking vibration?

My 2001 citroen berlingo van vibrates through the steering wheel and brake pedal when I brake. I replaced the front brake pads and discs. This seemed to cure the fault for about 2 months but then it returned. I replaced the the discs again and got the same result. The vibration is now getting severe. Any ideas as to the cause would be appreciated.

undoubtly you are in the right place if vibration is going away ....but it coul be a loose caliper thats coming loose causing this ....make sure all caliper bolts are tight and not stripped ..going thru water while rotors are hot can warp them also ...you can isolate the front braking from the back by using your emergency brake and not using your foot on brake pedal .....when using the emergency brake you are just using the back brakes
