when i inster my disk to install my webcam, it doesnt load up. when i go into my computer it says theres no disk insterted.
any help please.
i got it as a present for christmas along with the microphone headset.
please help..

The disc didn't load automatically first time but went to computer and started it from there. Mine loaded software from disc but laptop didn't detect it. Looked up trubleshooter on leaflet and it said, go to control panel, hardware, device manager,imaging devices, click on PC VGA Camera Plus, enable device if it says it's disabled. This worked for me and webcam works fine on messenger and skype.
