How can I get my spin dry cycle to work.Hoover Premier 710?

When in spin dry mode only partially ,if at all ,does our machine work.Clothes still dripping when hung out to dry.

Check the drive belt. Also, check that all water has drained out quickly from machine. If water flow from drain hose is slow, remove & check hose for obstructions.
