Samsung LCD TV has sound but no picture?

Our Samsung LCD TV is 3 years old and all of a sudden today the picture went black. We can still hear the sound & can see the black flickering when changeing the channels. Any suggestions? Thanks

my samsung 42 plasma has no picture has sound .Try unpluging it for 4 hours and try again it resets the chip. It worked for me once ,now they want $500 to fix it. 23 months old and shot

Are you sure there's no picture, is it just very, very dark? Look very close and try directing as torch at the picture
