boiler flame keeps jumping on and off all the time every minute. boiler very hot to touch . we have hot water and radiators are hot. Any suggestions please?

FYI wife, It is a ideal Wlx CF50.
"Y" system vented.
No manuals or guides to referance.
Pilot lite is lit and steady.
Burner comes on then shuts off on a 4 to 5 second interval.
All radiators and system bleed.
New pump installed.
Started when wife said spare room too hot and radiator was shut off.
