I cant open the drain cover the one you turn it's jammed I have had the f18 before and found a coin but I think what ever is in there is stopping me opening this cover any ideas how to get around this please. :-(

Will it turn a bit and then jam? If so try pulling the machine out so that you can tip the whole machine backwards/sideways to hopefully allow the object to fall away from the cover so you can then wiggle it and then unscrew it completely.
If it won't turn AT ALL I would guess it is just very tight and you need to persevere with a bit more force!
