turn hot tap on radiators get hot ?

when i turn my baxi 105e hot tap on the radiators get hot and the hot water gets warm , i have replaced the DHW diapham and the CH diapham any other suggestions, as ive read other peoples probbs.

definatley diverter valve just changed my mates for him exactly the same problem
