In guess that you mean can it receive digital services? If you are in the UK and it can receive Freeview Channels like BBC3 and BBC4 (without any set top box) then it is. If it can't then it isn't.
If you are not in the UK the same applies, if it can receive channels that only broadcast via a local digital service then it is, if not then it isn't.
