have a potterton housewarmer 55.it roars on initial firing in morning then once reset fires OK.at the moment it will not stay alight ,keeps locking out and needs to be rest on black button on side of contol lever...........any answers because its really qiite cold here,no central heating and no domestic hot water................HELP!!!!!!!!!

have a look at the pilot light, make sure the little hole just under the bracket isnt blocked, also try adjusting gas pressure to stop roaring sound
