PVC Window hinge?

My PVC window hinge has a plastic bit nearest the hinged side. (I think all pvc windows have them) This plastic bit pulls the window closed as the window closes. The bit has worn down and therefore the window doesn't pull in. I tried taking th plastic bit out of the hinge but it seems to be built in!
Any help would be amazingly appreciated!

IF YOU MEASURE THE LENGTH OF THE HINGE THEN THE WIDTH FOLLOWED BY THE CLOSED THICKNESS IT SHOULD GIVE YOU THE ORDERING SIZE TO REPLACE THE HINGE eg 300MM X 18MM X 13MM THICK THEN GO TO YOUR LOCAL SCREWFIX STORE AND LOOK UP UNDER IRONMOGERY ( HINGES ) THEN FRICTION HINGES YOU SHOULD FIND THERE ARE 2 TYPES SIDE HUNG HINGES FOR WINDOWS THAT OPEN OUT SIDE WAYS AND TOP HUNG WHICH OPEN UPWARDS. THE NEXT DECISION YOU NEED TO MAKE IS THE OPENING TYPE
1) STANDARD OPENING 2) FIRE ESCAPE OPENING) 3) EASY CLEAN WHICH ALLOWS YOU TO OPEN THE WINDOW WIDE AND THEN PRESS A SWITCH WHICH THEN LETS YOU SLIDE THE WINDOW ALONG SO YOU CAN CLEAN BOTH INSIDE AND THE OUTSIDE OF THE WINDOW FROM INSIDE THE HOUSE.
HOPE THIS HELPS P.S. YOU USE THE SCREWS YOU HAVE TAKEN OUT WITH THE OLD HINGES BEST OF LUCK
