I am just about to upgrade my heating system from a back boiler to a combi boiler thing is I have just had a new kitchen fitted and have no wall space left for boiler can it be fitted in a pantry and at low level the pantry is on an outside wall so no problem with ventilation just the pantry is under my stairs and is only about 5 foot in hight would this be a problem fitting it thier gas and water pipes easily accessible

you would have to consult the engineer who comes to quote you for it as we dont know where your pipes run!
