I have a Janome MC300E embroidery machine. The machine is sewing on the top ok but the bobbin is looping and creating a mass. This started happening part way through a program so I could not see it was a tension issue. I have tried adjusting the tension but this does not help and the machine will no longer sew. Can anyone help?

try and get the tensions set properly first, if the machine is missing stitches or not picking up you may need to retime it, email me below and I will attach timing instructions.
