it only makes a low buzzin sound and does not fill or have water goin in , any ideas?

Ive got the same problem with a dwf34. The indesit engineer from domestic and general came today 23/1/09, opened it up and suggested it was probably a motor fault (and then refused to fix it because he considers my premises to be commercial not domestic). So it could be that?
