I have a samsung Nv5 which is broken - the automatic lens has stopped moving in and out - and although it is fully charged, when I try and switch it on it beeps twice and then switched itself off, I have only had it for a year. I cannot find any information on the Samsung website for this particular model - Can anyone help please?
