my camera will not turn on, i put new batteries in it, it still wont turn on, also, the lense is sticking out!!! help plz!!!!

umm maybe you need to knock your lensz maybe it isnt straight-thatsz what happened to mine. because my camera dropped so mi lensz qot dislocated
