HOW CAN I UNLOCK NOKIA 1GIG MICRO SD CARD?

I have a nokia 1 gig micro sd card which cannot be read by my two O2 XDA pocket PC phones. However, if I insert it into a nokia 5200 it asks for a password. I have tried formating it but it just asks for a password before formating.
