Lost manual Baxi Combi, all lights are on!!?

I have never had reason to look at my boiler before and I'm ashamed to say I have no idea what any of the lights and symbols mean.

I now have a problem (I have a leaky radiator, which I think is now fixed) but I looked at the bolier for the first time and noticed lots of red lights! A friend told me to top up the pressure, which had fallen and is now fine, but the lights are still on.

Can anyone tell me what all the red lights on the top of the control panel mean on a Baxi Combi 105e! I'm worried there is a problem with it! Should they be on??

I don't want to call a plumber out to be charged a big call out fee if it's totally normal.

Thanks

These lights, when illuminated, display the temperature of your heating which you can alter manually on your boiler. If they begin to flash then there is a problm.
