We had to turn the electric off in our flat this afternoon but after turning back on our boiler is showing "Er" in the display screen. After looking in the product manual this does not exist as one of its faults, we have tried using the reset button on the front of the boiler and turning the electricity off and on again but to no avail.
Can anybody help us?
