Changing UPVC External Door Cylinder?

How do I change cylinder on my UPVC External Door? There seem to be all sorts of bolts coming out of it from top to bottom. It looks as if the whole locking mechanism would need to be removed, is that so?

its not as hard as it looks. when you look at the door from the side at about the same hight as the cylinder you will see a screw. the screw that is inline with the cylinder. the screw will be about 2.5 inches long. when you got the screw out turn the key slightly( as if locking the door) while pulling it towards yourself. you may need to jiggle it a bit but the lock will come out. to put the new one in just put key in lock first and turn it to line up the cam in the middle. now silde the new one in until the screw lines up then tighten.
p.s you may see other screw that are inline with cylinder but dont panic if you undo the wrong one just do it back up. rember the one you want is about 2.5 inches
