Hi, I have this oven and cant get the oven to go above 150 degrees. Is that likely to be the element or thermo?

You may have done it already - still. You need to get to the back of the oven. Make sure the electrics are off! There should be a main switch near your oven. If you are not sure how to switch of the electrics than do not tackle any of this.
Remove the back panel. There are quite a few screws holding this in.
you will see the heating element which is fixed with just 2 screws. It has 3 wires connected - the middle one is earth. I would label all 3 as you must not get them mixed up.
The 2 fixing screws I think you need to do from inside oven. Remove all trays from bottom to get access. The rest is really simple. If after fitting the new element it still does not work it is likely in my opinion that you will need a new main selector switch - the one on front of oven which is used to switch it on and select modes. A little bit more tricky to do but not too bad ones you figured out how to get to it. Good luck -
