i used sellotape to tape christmas lights to my television and now a cant remove the sticky goo from the television ,how can i do this?

Have you tried a product called Goo Gone? It's great for removing tape residue and price stickers as well as anything else that's sticky. If you live in Canada, you can buy it at Canadian Tire for about $3. Wal-Mart, Zellers and Home Depot probably sell it too.
