how to wind bobbin for pfaff 1469?

I bought the pfaff 1469 second hand so I don't have an owner's manual. I can't figure out how to wind the bobbin so that it is tight. Does anyone have a diagram or can describe how to wrap the thread to wind the bobbin? I know how to get it to wind but something is obviously wrong since it won't do it right.

There is a little wheel on top called a pretension wheel to keep the thread fairly tight when you wind the bobbin, I can supply a complete list of sites for manuals if you email me below.
